Golosaria Monferrato at Tenuta Montemagno

Once more, we’re proud to host Golosaria Monferrato in our estate.

The 12th edition of the event is aimed at discover Monferrato area and its typical products, to taste the specialty that make the local cuisine so famous.

During the weekend of 7th and 8th April, spring will blossom at Tenuta Montemagno. Come to discover the surroundings and the castles near our estate during an interesting mountain bike tour.

At the end (or at the beginning) you’ll taste Piedmont’s traditional cuisine and our wines, with a special attention to those made by local vine varieties: Ruché, Malvasia di Casorzo and Timorasso.

And, if you want, our sommelier will let you taste our most prestigious productions: TM Brut 24 or 36 months, a classic method created with Barbera grapes, Nymphae, a Sauvignon and Timorasso blend, and Mysterium, a Superior Barbera produced with grapes coming from the most ancient vineyards of our estate.

An enjoyable gastronomic weekend en plen air to discover a small region of Piedmont and its little treasures.

We’re proud to announce you our attenting to ProWein at Düsseldorf, Hall 15 – Booth 66.

During the exhibition you’ll can taste, for the first time, Austerum 2016, our Barbera d’Asti, and Violae 2017, a Red Monferrato born from Barbera young Barbera grapes mixed with other local vineyards, with intense red fruits notes. Other wines at the show: Nymphae, a Timorasso and Sauvignon blend; Musae, a pure Blanc Sauvignon, delicate, with a rich and fresh scent; Dulcem, the Casorzo’s Malvasia sweet vinified with intense rose fragrance.

Don’t miss the opportunity to know also Mysterium, our Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG, produced by the oldest vineyards of Tenuta Montemagno.

From Barbera comes up another product: TM Brut 24 or 36 months, a Metodo Classico with a special colour with rose aroma: the real Piedmont’s sparkling wine.

Your journey in Monferrato will end with two more excellences: Ruché of Castagnole Monferrato and Grignolino d’Asti DOC – small local vineyards growed up by our enologist Gianfranco Cordero.
